I want to get a Cephalotus, but I would like to know which clone I should get. I will probably order from California Carnivores, how are their clones, especially “Norma?”

we only have two typical clones from charles brewer no names, from what I gather and a lot of folks seem to say cultivars with cephalotus are really not super varied depending on conditions and some times a clone known for being X will look totally like Y in other care conditions and vice versa. seems to be a lot of variance as to their looks even within the clones. if you've not cared for a Cephalotus before (we hadn't when we bought ours) might be worthwhile to pick up whatever is cheap to start with and make sure you don't just instakill a fancier more expensive clone. ours were stressful for a while there but now luckily have got them growing well in our household situation. I know if we had bought a more expensive clone and they had done this it woulda been worse!

sorry for no real feedback as to which clone though! beautiful plants easily tied for my favorites of all the ones in the Kid and I's collection!

I agree with riveraXVX that it doesen't really matter much which clone you pick, if you like "Norma" go for it. One thing though, you can find them about 10 buck cheaper if you shop around a little. Just saying.
