I hope I put this in the right forum. Can someone who knows how to do this please fill in the Answers below? If this works the way I think it works maybe in the next few months. I may do a group order depending on the answers I get. I understand that I may be able to find this information on the forums, but it is a lot of pages to go through and I have trouble understanding if things aren't put simply.

HOW DOES A GROUP ORDER WORK?
Question: To whom & how do you send money securely when you are doing a group order?

Question: Is there a main person where all the plants go to and then that person ships them to you & do you have to pay extra for that person to ship to you?

Question: Does each individual pay for his/her own shipping? or is it split?

Question: Does one Phytosanitary cert and import permit cover every ones order?

Question: If one Phytosanitary cert and import permit covers every ones order then who's name do those go under?

Question: What all else is involved when doing a group order?

Typically group orders are organized by one person. That person takes count of what everyone taking part in the group order wishes to purchase. Shipping costs and any other associated costs (like phytosanitary certificates or other paperwork) are usually split evenly between all persons in the group placing the order. One PC is all that is needed per order. All people wishing to take part in the group order send their portion of the order total (including their portion of shipping and other charges) to the person placing the order and then the order is placed. Plants are shipped to the organizer and then forwarded to each person in the group (these shipping costs are usually included as well).
