Drosera aff. fulva x broomensis
I got seeds from cz plants

Very strong light, hot temps (between 80 and 100 is good), high humidity (at least 65% ime). Have always heard about issue with cz plants seeds though, so if the seeds don’t germinate, it may just be due to the seeds already being dead.
