Hi,

I will be travelling to Washington DC next week. I heard there are two nurseries in the DC area producing carnivorous plants. Can anyone tell me their names and locations? I tried to find them online but with no success. Thanks in advance.

I am travelling to DC on a regular basis and will be moving there soon, so if anyone knows about flytrap/carnivorous plant nurseries in DC, I would be very grateful

I think the two nurseries closest to DC are the Carnivorous Plant Nursery in Smithsburg, MD and the Meadoview Biological Research Station in Woodford, VA. CPN used to be just outside DC in Montgomery County, MD but they moved a little while ago. As of now both places are about an hour and a half away from DC.
