They're sometimes slow at responding. I've gotten my plants within 7 days of the shipping date

Vibhuti:
I live in India and want to order a couple of plants from them, is it necessary to get phytosanitary certificate from them? If yes them what is it's cost?
I am from India as well. I have purchased from CZ plants several times. I have not needed a phytosanitary certificate - I don't think India needs. However, I have had a problem buying live plans from CZ plants - I have done better with BCP overall on live plants (but they have a minimum order requirement, unlike CZ). The plants are smaller than expected and for some reason, so far, not a single one has survived. In contrast, orders from BCP always have more plants than stated AND the plants have overall fared better than the ones from CZ plants for me. At this moment, I don't have a single plant from CZ that is still alive. (I've purchased several times over the last 4 years I've been growing CPs).

Though depending on where you live in India (I'm near SWELTERING Mumbai), a large part of keeping plants alive is probably temperature shock on top of the shipping stress. So generally getting more plants works out better than less plants. At least for here.

It's been more than two weeks since my order (e-shop + money transfer) and I've had no reply for multiple inquiries. My last hope is that he'll respond to direct messaging via self-mentioned skype or facebook. I've ordered only one plant but that does not justify lazy business practices. The weather is getting cooler by the day and sending Neps in these temperatures is becoming increasingly riskier.
At this point I'd recommend ordering from ebay more than from czplants.

I'm new to carnivorous plant world. I've decided to start small and opted to order venus flytrap seeds. I ordered seeds from CZ last summer and they arrived in Saskatoon, Sask, Canada about 3-4 weeks later. I ordered another batch of seeds in November. After waiting for 6 weeks, I contacted CZ and got no reply. I waited until week 8, contacted again and still no reply. By week 10, I was losing my cool about not getting any response and wrote to CZ again, this time a little nastier. About 2 days later a got my registered package in the mail. Same tracking Number they had given me 11 weeks prior. It had taken 11 weeks to get mailed to me from Czech Republic to Canada. What I learned from this is overseas shipping can take a very, very long time. You must be very patient.
