Does anyone know of a website/company that sells cheap and healthy plants and has received a healthy plant from them? I'm so skeptic since I haven't ordered a single plant online, I'm afraid it might die. I've really been wanting me a sundew and a large venus fly trap plant though and my local stores don't sell them. Suggestions would be great. Thank you!

Hi zwesterfield! I have received several healthy flytraps at a great price from this very website. The selection is huge and all the plants are extremely high quality. They offer bargain bundles, or you can browse what's in stock. Even when I've gotten small starter plants, they are always bigger than I expect and have several divisions. Matt is the owner and often in these forums. He's always available to answer questions if you have them!

MrsMuscipula has good advice on buying from FlytrapStore.

Also, when you are buying a named cultivar from the FlytrapStore, you know that you are getting a genetic clone of the cultivar.

For example:
A seed grown 'B52' X 'B52' is not a 'B52'.
A plant grown from seed from a self-pollinated 'B52' is not a 'B52'.
It may still be a real nice plant, maybe even superior in some ways than the named cultivar. But, if you want a genetic clone, it is best to buy from a trusted source.

What sorts of plants are you looking for?
