Am I killing it?

My phalaenopsis is not looking so hot. This poor babe was bought from a neglectful gardener who received it as a gift. When I had received it, the roots were horribly water logged and rotted. I transplanted into an orchid mix (cork, clay pellets, sphagnum moss, and bark). I believe I've seen root growth however now it seems to not be doing so hot. What can I do to remedy this? Or has it already begun to die?Image

Honey or sugar water is good fertilizer for Orchid, it might attract fungus and unwanted pests though. My moms orchid flowered 2 years ago and it still has flowers...
