Anyone have extra MaxSea to share? (I want to try a little)

I'm interested in trying MaxSea on my fly trap seedlings over the winter (not doing dormancy for them).

A little goes a long way, especially because those plants are so tiny. I'd love to get a couple of spoonfuls to try out. Anyone willing to accept my SASE with ziploc baggie and send me a bit of your MaxSea stash?

MaxSea - I am willing to share with anyone what I have ... SASE will do it.

I prefer the old fashioned way of feeding but this is an excellent supplement.

Just PM me and we will work out details.

I have a pound or so also.
PM me and send an SASE.
I can spare a few teaspoonfuls.

I use 1/4 teaspoon Max-Sea per gallon of water.

Pay It Forward!

Any cp that it shouldn't be used on? And how often for typical use?

I want to chime in too, can it be used on seeds and sphagnum moss?

I heard (actually read) that it can be used on sphagnum. You want to put it into the traps as soon as the seedlings are big enough. VTFs don’t like maxsea.

Never used it myself

live sphagnum loves it, just make sure to top water occasionally and flush it

I feel there should be a joke about fertilizer in here, but I can't think of it.

Pardon the reviving of a dead thread, but... anyone willing to spare me a shake of MaxSea enough for a 32oz sprayer bottle? I'd like to try it out... I can send you a SASE.

Honestly you can find maxsea for about 5 dollars on eBay in a really tiny bag since that’s all you’ll really need.

The cheapest one I see on ebay is $8.49 for a spoonful. At that price, you might as well buy the full can on Amazon for $26.
