Mystery Nepenthes

Hi all,

Bought this Nep from an old lady who isn’t a CP enthusiast, but has this one plant she propagates from. I’ve no idea what it is, any ideas?
First two photos are mine, the last one is one she sent me from her mature plant, although the lighting looks a bit suspect.

Thanks in advance

BE claims to sell over 1000 hybrid combos, so a ID could be hard if its not a mass sold hybrid. I like the striping.

The seller has had the plant for 20+ years, not sure how long Borneo Exotics has been going.
She seemed to be under the impression that the plant is Nepenthes x. Indah, which is a Ventricosa Spathulata cross.

It reminds me a bit of Nepenthes Miranda with the spots and stripes.

Looks like it could have some peltata or ventrosica mixed in
