I just purchased this plant a few days ago and the label says nepenthes sibuyanensis even though the nursery where I got it said this was nepenthes rajah and had gotten the plant from the back of the nursery.

I'd say it is a sibuyanensis. I have seen a lot of rajah sprouts and rajah's typically have wider leaves at this size. And your plant's leaves are narrow and long. But that's just my opinion.
