Is this a D. Spatulata?

Bought this guy a while ago and its just now starting to perk up and flower. When I bought it there was no dew on any of the leaves and now all the new leaves are coming in with dew and i've just noticed today about 30 seedlings showing up underneath some of the leaves and around the edges.
