Pics are a few weeks old by now but they look pretty similar now. Petioles are a little more present than normal since I received these in may, and did not burry the bulb, just set them on the pot, so the heart of the plant is closer to the surface than normal.

Can't wait to get my first ping, but there's a thing where I'm not at home for 2 weeks to care for it during acclimation, unfortunately.

Is it a mexican ping?

It is a Mexican Ping. Mexican Pinguicula are not the Pings I'm mainly interested in but this one certainly is special.

may be too much light, no, leaves start to pink ?
this is, often, a species from oak and pine tree forest (bosque pino-encino) in loamy soil always in shade place ,often find with P.moranensis

Vary cool Ping

Many of my Pinguicula are a bit late to succulent stage, even ones on the drier side. I have not noticed stronf light to bother this species, unlike other shade-growing species, like P. rotundifolia.
