Drosera seeds

hi everyone
i would like some help. i just got my hands on a few filiformis var. filiformis red seeds. can anyone tell me if the seeds needs to be stratified.

Yes..
Put them on cold damp kitchen roll and place them in the refrigerator for 4 weeks..
Or you could place them in the plant pot with their soil and put them in a ziplock baggie and place that in the refrigerator for 4 weeks.. whatevers easier..

PLace the seeds on the top, don't bury them or they won't germinate.
Also, don't keep the top of the soil too wet or the seedlings will easily rot..
Check with whoever you bought them from because the seeds may have been stored in the fridge already?

I'm sure if you just potted them straight away some would germinate. But you would most likely have a higher germination rate if you allow them to stratificate..
