Hi, I'm just starting to grow some seeds and I currently have an 800 lumen light for seeds germinating. I don't know how high should I place the light because I'm going to put the light up for 16 if not 18 hours a day and I'm just a little worried that I'm going to kill the plants. Can you guys help me please. Thank you

It's unlikely you will sunburn them with a light that small, even if it's only a few inches away.
