Drosera omissa gemmae

I will post here and not below.
Some (at some stage) look like some sorf of a flamingo bird with the red spring attached (the spring is helping to disperse away). I started to remove them from the center of the mother plant, because two started to develop carnivorous leafs. Other two had shriveled on mother plant leaves, but all were put on moist soil.
