can i water my VFTs boiled distilled water?

just asking wheather its safe or not to use distilled water which is boiled

HarrisAz, You don't have to boil distilled water :) . It's naturally devoid of minerals and chemicals and is fine for you plant :D Even if you boil it, that won't change anything, it'd just be more trouble for you with the heating and cooling. You're plants will be just as happy with regular distilled water :D Good luck!

thanks.just wanna make sure boiled distilled water is good.b4 i put my plants in its medium,i boil the peat and perlite in hot distilled water to avoid algae growing.its kinda like rinsing it

Oh, so your sterilise it of bacteria, mold, and fungus! :D Cool , just like in Adam's sterile jar method.

I cant ever be bothered for that =/

Get a ro unit, that will do it all for you. Leave it to sit for a day and its ready to go!

yea.the chances of growing mould,algae.... is less when u sterilise it.esecially when i wanna use it for fridging my plant for dormancy.
