To split or not to split, that is the.....

Greetings and salutations plant nation!

I have what I consider a wonderful problem. I am debating on whether or not to split my B52. I have read many forums and done a great deal or research, and now I would like to present my plant in hopes of gaining the sage advice of those who know better than I. My B52 is currently in a six in pot, and it has exploded. I wasn't going to split my plant until closer to spring (after dormancy), but upon closer inspection, my concern is that the smaller, inside plants are going to start loosing their ability to soak up the sun. If I did split my plant and repot it, I would more than likely simply repot it in the same six inch pot and space it out a little. Attached are the photos of my monster for your viewing pleasure. If anyone would like to see what it looked liked when I first got it compare to now, I will gladly post the pic. Have a great day, and may the growth be with you...

In most peoples opinion it is best to repot and separate plants just before spring.

Spring is the only time I will repot and separate.

And it may be worth considering separate pots, depending on how many individual plants you discover.

If they will all grow this robustly, they should have plenty of room to grow without getting crowded again.

What a beautiful plant!

I'd leave it. Plenty of room in there for growth. Check again in late winter/early spring.
