What have you been watering it with?
What potting mix is it in?

It was given to me. The person told me its a special soil called peat moss, if Im not mistaken, and I've been using distilled water. What do you think it could be?

I'm honestly not sure, but you aren't making the two biggest mistakes; it's in proper soil, and you aren't giving it tap water.

Have you recently moved it into the sun or removed some sort of shade? It might be mildly sunburned.

How wet do you keep it, and does the pot have drainage holes? It looks a bit on the wet side.

You see that a lot with indoor plants that are being kept too wet with not enough light. It also can happen at random in early Spring.

I would guess that more light and keeping the media damp, not wet will clear up the issue. If at all possible, transition the plant to outdoor direct sunlight.

I try to give the plant the most sunlight i can, sometimes i think its not enough because my city (Bogotá) is pretty gray. And when we have sun it tends to be a bit harsh. Do you guys recommend artificial light?
