Winner has been contacted.
Seeds are going out in today's mail.
They'll arrive in time so he can give them a 4 - 6 week stratification, then plant them for this Spring.

I ended up giving them a 4 week stratification and am now hoping that they germinate. Do you have any tips on getting it to germinate and do you have any idea how long it typically takes?

I use a 1:1 peat perlite mix watered by the tray method, domed or bagged. I open it once a day to give it a little fresh air.
Put it somewhere in bright light at room temperature or a little warmer from 70 to 83 degrees.
Expect germination in 4 to 6 weeks.
I'll be planting mine on April 18th, half in a pot, half in a water filled test tube.
