What are your favorite plants?

Just for fun
I am wondering what everyone's favorite plant of each genus is? Of course, monotypic genera don't apply (except for Dionaea), because of course everyone's favorite Aldrovanda is vesiculosa! Hybrids and cultivars are included.
I'll list mine alphabetically by genera:
Byblis: B. gigantea, of course
Dionaea: D. muscipula 'King Henry'
Drosera: D. camporupestris
Genlisea: G. metallica
Heliamphora: H. purpurascens
Nepenthes: N. macfarlanei
Pinguicula: This is a hard one, but I believe right now I'm really in love with P. involuta
Sarracenia: Sarracenia leucophylla 'Hurricane Creek'
Utricularia: U. quelchii
(Edit: I know I said no monotypic genera, but since there are so many varieties in Dionaea cultivars, I decided to include my favorite).

My favorites out of stuff I'm growing.
Byblis: B. liniflora
Dionea: Favorite cultivar is "Akai Ryu"
Drosera: D. indica complex (finlaysoniana, hartmeyerorum, indica, et al.)
Nepenthes: N. "Bloody Mary" aka N. "Lady Luck" (N ampullaria x N. ventricosa)
Pinguicula cyclosecta
Sarracenia: Sarracenia purpurea
Utricularia: U. sandersonii

A lot of people have some good picks, especially Byblis (but that is probably because I love all Byblis
).
Can't say I'm not surprised with the lack of love for Genlisea, but I find that they are something that is hard to appreciate. Maybe I should start changing that mindset around here...

It doesn't help that in 3 years I've seen one Genlisea for sale in the US.
