You know I don't know really why I chose to do it this way other than I wanted to experiment with a ratio of 1 light bulb per plant that way the beam angle from the light bulb is centered directly onto the plant and provides maximum lighting intensity across the whole pot. Plus I guess it gives me more opportunity to individually tune it up for optimum results. I've been pretty happy with how well it does make the vfts grow the only downside is its very easy to dry the vfts out from all the evaporation going on and completely burn up my collection. Ive had to throw away half my collection because I watered the plants 12 hours too late and they were burnt to a crisp and the ones I could save were cut down all the way to the rhizome and they had to suffer a huge growth reduction from stress. They are all slowly , but surely making a comeback it just takes a while to get the results I had last season.
