Looking for Drosera Capillaris Florida Form Seeds

Does anyone have any they could spare? I live in Canada and will pay for them and shipping.
I tried contacting borderline but no response as of yet. Apparently I contacted him way back in 2017 but I don't remember doing business with him. Anyone else here have any idea who I could contact and someone who is trustworthy and can ship seed to Canada?
