Getting seeds is fairly complicated . There are a lot of factors such as the type of seeds, how fresh they are etc. I have personally had luck with California carnivores and Predatory plants. You could also join the icps (30 bucks) and be able to access their exclusive seed bank. Those would set you back five bucks. I recommend joining icps personally.

My advice with plants on ebay consists of 2 things.

1. Don't buy seeds from China. Just don't. I buy lots of stuff from China but not plants or seeds, you will regret it.

2. Buy from a user that specializes in plants. The seller can have a 99% positive rating but if all his other items for sale are cell phone cases, watches and sunglasses, do not buy plants or seeds from him. He's just reseller who has no idea what he's selling.

Look for someone who has 99% positive rating AND actually deals almost exclusively in plants or seeds. That usually works out fine.
