NASC Auction - Neps, Cephs, Utrics, Sarrs, Heli's ....

The annual NASC Charity Auction has started & will continue for two weeks. The auction beneficiary is Old Dock Savanna - a Nature Conservancy Preserve in North Carolina.
This auction is typically the best place to purchase CPs each year as there is more variety, more species & more unavailable-in-USA plants than at any other time or place. As expected, there are many bargains and even when a plant isn't available at a super-low price, you can feel good that your purchase funds are going to charity (as all plants are donated).
A sampling of plants listed in the 1st or 2nd day include:
Nepenthes
- N. tenuis
- N. hamata
- N. lowii x campanulata (seedgrown)
Heliamphora
- H. pulchella - Akopan Tepui
- H. huberi
- H. uncinata
- H. collina (formerly foothills testigos)
- H. nutans 'Giant'
Utricularia
- U. pubescens
- U. campbelliana
- U. jamesoniana
- U. quelchii
- U. endresii
- U. humboldtii
- U. nelumbifolia
Cephalotus
- typical
- Hummer's Giant
Drosera
- D. schizandra
- D. prolifera
- D. graomogolensis
- D. falconeri
- D. paradoxa
Sarracenia
- S. leucophylla 'Hurricane Creek White'
- S. 'Leah Wilkerson'
- S. rubra ssp. gulfensis
VFTs
- D. "Korean Melody Shark"
Although the plants listed above are just a sampling, there are many more available & more added each day. If you decide to participate, read the rules listed at the top of the 1st page & then have fun.
While I'm not a member of the NASC, I am an enthusiastic participant as it combines three of my interests - conservation, charity & CPs. (FYI - This notice was done with Matt's permission).
