if anyone has a cephalotus i would b more than happy 2 buy it off u 
Ask Steve_D, he might still have some. I remember him posting a Ceph for sale.

jcal has great Cephs. I've gotten a typical and a "squat" from him. Both super healthy, carefully packaged, great prices and bearly missed a beat acclimating.
The typical just opened it's first mature pitcher a few days ago.
There's actually two separate plants in there
