Flytraps do not pollinate themselves on their own. You would have to pollinate it yourself in order to get seeds.

if the fly trap is flowering inside a store with low light, it wont make seeds and may die. the flower stem should be cut off.
there was some fly trap seeds in the seed bank for free.
