I wouldn't do that if I were you. I'd hate to see you be the reason your country gets infested by an insect without a natural predator. After all, that is one of the big reasons those rules are there for. To give you a better idea on what I am talking about, the US is gradually being infested by an insect known as Emerald Ash Borer, an insect native to Asia with no natural predator here. It will eventually kill every Ash tree in the continental US. For the past 5 years I've been trying to find a way to slow these buggers down.
