Hi everyone. I'm kinda new to the whole venus fly trap thing having only started with one basic plant and recently successfully splitting it. The other day after closely examining a new shoot I realized the one stalk has 2 heads coming directly out of the top where there should only be one. I have seen this with a few other flowering plants but never a venus fly trap. I tried to get a picture but the 2 heads are much smaller than the other normal heads and I don't have the greatest of cameras. Basically I was just wondering if this happens often and I wanted to share because i thought it was pretty awesome!

"better than one" depends on ones perspective.

It happened often to a few plants in my greenhouse last spring.
