Hello all! I have this setup that I just built and I need to get it covered.

Any idea on where I can get enough plastic covering and not too expensive?
Also, can I drape a blue tarpe over it at night for now?

Thanks!

Would this work to cover it in? All Greenhouse websites sell a 6mil Polyethylene Film to cover.

Input appreciated. Many Thanks!

you can get a 4shelf g/house with plastic cover, for about 30-40 bucks complete.

otherwise you'll need to get some heavy clear plastic sheet from a harware store, its only a few bucks per metre for the heavy duty stuff.

you'll need to watch the humidity/temp as ive roasted plants in mine before as the plastic doesnt breathe and so you need an opening just to let air in/out all the time.

for the frame you have built already, i'd put some sort of bars/wood across the top to support the roof as it will get heavy and stretch the plastic with the weight of water in winter, and may catch air, flap about and rip during a storm if it isnt secured tightly to the frame

I did as you said and just bought a greenhouse off ebay. Got it dirt cheap. $29.99 with shipping.
