A day in the nursery

I recently got a lowii hybrid (suspected to be lowii x campanulata) from this nursery for only $14 usd. Today I went again and snapped a few photos.

Try IDing these plants if you can!

Nepenthes costs $14 usd regardless of rarity. All imported from Cameron Highlands so there are some highlanders in it.

Flytrap costs $7 usd, sarracenia costs $9.20 usd, pinguicula and drosera also cost $7 usd.

Man why can't my local nurseries be like that? :lol: They can't even keep a capensis alive.

Shift here next time!

This nursery mainly gets loads of nepenthes from many major distributors like Borneo Exotics, YG nursery (the one in Cameron Highlands) , etc. Greatest thing is that all species cost the same! Hopefully I get to see a truncata like how I did last month. Image

I think the U.S. is a little more restrictive on imports compared to other countries. All of the European online nurseries have WAY more selection. Lucky that you have the climate so that nurseries can grow so many Neps
