A species of grass. It should be pulled out. If left unchecked, the roots of that stuff take over the moss and make it extremely difficult to repot the flytrap without damaging the roots.

Sedge, I believe. Its seeds tend to hitch a ride with Sphagnum moss which is why it will pop up from time to time, IIRC.

If you don't pull it now, when you do pull it the entire ball of media will come up with it when you do, and it will steal the flytrap's water.
