How do I remove these?

I was trying my luck with leaf pulling on a P. Sethos. While it was successful, I had these weird looking things grow in my container. What are they and how do I remove them without killing the sphagnum moss?

Congrats on the successful leaf pullings!

I hope someone is able to help you with the problem. Are you referring to the white stuff?

Yes, I'm uncertain if it's mold or some kind of fungi. It's hard to source live sphagnum moss here so I'm careful not to kill it.

Thanks for your reply!
