Possible Sundew Purchase

Hello, everyone! I've been wondering if Sundews are much easier to grow than Venus Fly traps, I've heard many times they are much easier, but I'm wondering if they will be sold in the desert Southwest, I've bought my Venus Fly trap from a local Lowe's and I called they told me that their carnivorous plant shipments should be in later this month or in June-July. I'm just curious to know whether or not they require the same needs as the VFT. Also, could you all please check out my VFT? I wish to know how well of a job I'm doing raising/growing this carnivorous plant. P.S I'm also a first-time VFT/CP grower.

I find that many tropical/subtropical sundews are a bit easier than vfts since they don't require dormancy, and can be grown year-round under lights.
Pretty much the only sundew I've ever seen Lowe's carry is Drosera adelae, which you can read a bit more about here: http://www.growsundews.com/sundews/adelae.html. In cultivation, Drosera capensis and Drosera aliciae are also noteworthy sundews due to their ease of cultivation. However, once you get the hang of them, most sundews are quite easy plants to grow.
Best of luck with your CP endeavors!
