I've successfully managed to get two out of three cuttings to strike roots, both cuttings are sending up leaves and the first one has just opened up.
I'd love some advice on how to best prepare them for the rest of winter and the following spring.
I have both peat/perlite and NZ sphagnum, do sundew take a preference?
Also what size pot should I be looking at - and will it need to be replanted again soon?

Any other advice?

Those leaf cuttings look like Drosera filiformis, maybe Drosera tracyii.
The ones I grew were happy in a 50/50 mix of peatmoss and perlite.
I use a 4 inch pot that is about 4 or 5 inches deep so I never have to repot them again.
But I do tend to overdo things.
I'm in Southeast Wisconsin near Milwaukee in the US.
I grow them outside in trays from May until Fall, when the night temperatures hit 32F.
Then I bring them inside for Winter under lights and somewhat reduced water.
Threadleaf Sundews are mostly temperate plants.
They form a Hibernaculum, Winter resting bud, when they go dormant.
They start growing again in Spring.
As always, this is just my 02¢ worth.

Thanks for the prompt replies, apologies - I forgot to specify that they're NZ Drosera Binata.
I think I'm in USDA zone 10 so I can move them outside year round once they're ready
