You might just need to wait for the plant to settle in a bit more Roey. It usually takes quite a while for leaves to produce dew again after being wiped clean of it. Sometimes they don't get dew again until they grow out new leaves.

Well, the thing is, it had dew at some point, but this giant cricket walked all around and swiped the dew right off.

You should grow some cactus to get some patience about growing plants. You'll be amazed at how fast your sundew grows. Nonetheless, just sit back and let the plant do it's thing. It's pretty new still and should still get getting settled in. If something wiped the dew off it may take the plant a little bit longer than usual to regenerate the dew since it's also trying to get used to its new environment.
