Should I cut off my sundew’s flower stalks?

So two of my sundew is currently flowering right now. Should I cut the stalk or leave it flowering.
This one is pretty healthy

This one I’ve noticed the older leafs are dying off

If I can keep them,should I feed to keep them healthy?

As long as you keep feeding the plants pretty heavily, it won’t harm them.

If you don't want seeds cut them at any time. If you want seeds wait until they turn brown/black.

I had a very healthy sundew that went into pretty rapid decline when I left the flower stalks to bloom...
I realize this post is a couple weeks old, so I'm wondering what you decided/how things went for you? I'd like to get seeds out of mine at some point, but I've been too afraid to let it bloom again.
