Drosera capensis seeds

I was checking the flower stalk of Francis, my cape sundew, and noticed that the first couple flowers that bloomed a while back had opened again, I pulled on the dead petals, and absolutely minuscule little specks fell out all over one of my fly traps. I presume that means sundew seedlings may start competing with Lukas. I sprinkled some into the pot that holds my single surviving VFT seedling. My question is, can these seeds (That's what they are, right?) be stored at all? If so, for how long? There's a lot of them already, and I had around 20 or so flowers on that stalk.

They can if they are dry, cool and kept out of the sun, I'm not sure in the duration though

Also, they will definitely outgrow the vft fairly quickly so make sure they don't crowd him out

I've successfully germinated seeds over a year old. As mentioned, store them in a cool dry place. I like to make packets of baking paper. Make sure you label and date them.
