Is this seedling drosera aliciae or drosera capensis?

I recently bought what were supposed to be Drosera aliciae seeds. They germinated, but the seedlings look an awful lot like drosera capensis seedlings. Could the seller have made a mistake in labeling the seeds?

Well it is hard to tell, the only way to be sure of the species it once it matures (my cappensis looked like that for a while)

Most droseras look exactly like that for the first few weeks/months and cannot be classified on what it actually is until it grows biggers just like Jimbok3 said.
