N.Red Dragon

My N.Red Dragon put out its first new pitcher since I've had it, its starting to show more of a red color than the other pitchers.

Nicely done man :) It does look like the nicest pitcher of the bunch.

What nep species is a red dragon and what's it planted in? Looks like at least part LFS?

Yeah, pure LFS. The 2 plants it originates from are N.Thorelii X N.Truncata. Once the plant matures the pitchers get a deep burgundy color.

did you get it from petflytrap the nepenthes if so what rating will you put ( BTW 5 is the highest 1 is the lowest)

well it is still not known if it is a true Thorelii or not .being one supposedly hasent been in cultivatin.

Out of all the Neps I've gotten so far they have been far better than any others, They were far better established and hardened off than other neps ive gotten, 5 for sure.

typically a L/L but it is a hybrid .
i had mine growing in intermediate to H/L.
so it can grow in any. but prefers warmer temps

I grow mine in temps ranging from 80-85 degrees daytime to 55-60 degrees night time temps. Just like CN said though It will grow pretty well in most conditions that Neps prefer.
