I love the nepenthes densiflora x robcantleyi. Mine has really good coloration. Not sure if it was a clone or seed grown , it was about 4 years ago when I got it.

yeah I had one about 6 years ago and mine was also a beauty too! Had to get it again.

idk if you still have the code on your tag but the BE3573 is a mixture of 20 seedlings they put in tissue culture so there is variety but the plants customers receive are not truly seedlings anymore. Could you post a photo of yours? thanks for stopping in

striped peristomes are great but when its a dark and medium color combo you have a great plant there!

getting full in here :mwahaha: i can hang at least 20 plants from the top when they get large and also good chance i make this setup bigger come spring or summer. god i love these plants, feels great to be back in the hobby!

That looks very similar to my hairy red. Besides that my Robcantleyi x hamata died out of no where was 4 years old.

Hey, those are some nice plants! Especially the color on that Briggsiana I'd really like to do some more nepenthes, and have been monitoring my basement temps recently.

Thanks if you cant get true highland temps often times hybrids will be much more forgiving and can handle less of a day to night temp drop. We are blessed today with how many wonderful hybrids have been created and offered on the market.

Yeah! Amazing what new types we have these days! I have a small enclosed greenhouse/grow space in my basement, and the temperatures are about 68 during the day, and 60 at night. Do you think thats ok for highlanders, or maybe its a bit chilly?

highlanders love chilly, the tricky part is getting a large temp drop from day to night. ideally you would want to get the growspace to mid to upper 70s and then down to 50-55 at night. if you set it up just so, the light you use can supply heat to warm the closed greenhouse above temp of surrounding area. 60 is low enough to keep most highlanders happy, maybe just avoid the most picky like villosa. if you have any questions going forward just ask
