A better picture of the pitchers would help in identification as the leaves could be from any number of nepenthes.

If the brown pitchers are on the older leaves, then that is probably normal - just older growth dying off.

With mine I water when the pot feels noticeably lighter, and just enough for the water to start coming out the bottom holes.

Specific care depends on the species you have. Did it come with any kind of tags that might give you a clue?

Looks like ventrata.
Unless the plant came from nursery specialized in CP, we can be quite sure it is ventrata. May check again when the plant starts to produce mature pitchers.

It's roots might be too wet. Nepenthes like their soil to be watered and dry out for a while. The soil seems to also be off. Nepenthes don't like peat moss mixes as yours is planted in. They prefer Long Fiber Sphagnum Moss and perlite mixes that can include Orchid bark, vermiculite, and other stuff. But usually easy growing Nepenthes will do good in just LFS and perlite.

i could be the water I water her like my old venus flytrap , but reading some and with your answer i realize she like water differently, also i was going to change the soil because it seems its not right but now i surely will change it thanks :) nepenthes are little than dionaeas :) , also can I change her to full sun ? im at a tropical island we have a ton of sun all year, but im afraid that outside there will not be as much humidity as inside where she lives ?(she lives on a sunny window in the kitchen)

wait. if you are at tropical island why do you think that you wont have enough humidity?

the other reason might be they are acclimatizing with the new home

edit: the lowest avarage of humidity levels at my city are 79% and the maximun avarage are 89% i think thats enough right ?
