I was wondering if this light would be enough for indoor growing. Indoor temps are around 70+ and I heard that most Neps can be acclimated to a bit lower humidity.

The lights are high output 54w t5, is this okay for growing neps and tropical Drosera?

Yes that will work, but keep in mind the amount of light necessary to keep Drosera healthy may be too much for Nepenthes (depends on the species.)
