Brown patch on Nepenthes' new growth

Hi everyone,
I went to check on my pitcher plant today, and I noticed a brown patch developing on the new leaf shoot. I'm wondering if I should be concerned by this (pics attached).
I have had it for a week or two now. It was repotted into perlite and premier peat moss and its kept moist in the sunniest room in the house. I figured it might be from stress due to shipping, repotting, environmental changes, etc. but I'm not sure.
