It reminds me of a simpler time in life where my rocket farm typical was enough

Really nice list VFTNoob! All those since June...you may need an intervention indeed. Curious what your favs are early on? What’s your best grower so far?

A lot of these guys are super small so I'll have to report back in 1-2 growing seasons. Honestly crazy that I had 1 dormancy with a rocketfarm typical and decided that I was experienced enough to take care of an army

As far as my favorites, I think its important to state my growing zone and conditions as these plants grow so differently depending on what conditions they're grown under. I am in zone 9 and grow my plants in full sun. On days when its 90+, I have a 30% shade cloth to ease the burn. The smaller plants are grown in 2.5x3.5 inch pots. My larger plants are in 3.5x5 inch pots. Media is lfsm.

All that being said, my absolute favorite plant to watch grow this year was my G16. It embodied "cant stop wont stop" in terms of throwing up huge traps constantly. While my other plants suffered from heat stress, it ate the sun up and asked for more. Nothing stopped this cultivar. The progress it made in 6 months is incredible and I cant wait to see what it does in the spring. It was also the first cultivar I bought so I might be biased since I've grown it the longest.

One of the reality checks I got when growing my plants in full sun is that they looked nothing like the stock photos. Most of my plants remained all green up until about a month ago. Out of my collection, these are the ones that catch my eye:

Gigantea - this thing is absolutely stunning and looks like it was blasted with LED lights

Red/Purple - colored up quick with a very appealing growth pattern

B52 - the first plant to show signs of color. Easy to see why this plant held the crown for so long. Size, vigor and color. Its got it all!

B52 x Slacks Giant - this one caught me off guard. The stock photos from CPR don't do it justice. Also colored up quick and is this beautiful shade of red that always catches my eye.

G14-Rosetted - this plant also colored up quick and the neat rosetted growth pattern is so satisfying.

Low Giant - colored up quickly and was one of the first plants to develop the color bands on the outside of the trap. I'm a sucker for those color bands

Destruction - this mutant is crazy. It grows traps similar to mirror and cerberus. Also does this thing where a trap will grow within a trap that's growing within another trap. I hope its stable.

Moon Traps - its just so freakin cute.

SD Draco - for the price, this is an amazing plant. Was giving Gigantea a run for its money at 1/3 of the cost.

Will take a few growing seasons to really tell what a lot of these plants are about. For now, that's my list of plants I would absolutely want in my collection. I'll get some pics of these guys and post them tomorrow.
