Is there a way to collect and save the pollen from flytraps to use for crosses of different plants that do not flower at the same time?

Well, you can freeze it for the next season. I believe you just snip off the anther and store it in a freezer.

Never tried it but I would guess that refrigerating or freezing the pollen might work as it does with other plant pollen.
