New body modification that ever carny plant enthusiast will want, holes through your ears that look like a Flytrap. Or maybe just for carnival workers.

That has to horribly mess up your hearing in some way. The ears are shaped that way for a reason.

So when your daughter asks if she can have this done, I take it the response will be a "hard no"?
It would most definitely negatively affect ones hearing.
