My venus fly trap is turning red in the leaves! Is that a sign of a healthy plant? Please help!

A VFT turning red means it’s getting the proper amount of sunlight. Not all flytraps display this but in certain cultivars and some seed grown. The red means that the chlorophyll has reached the maximum amount of light absorption.
