Hi all. I am a new grower and i have started these Venus fly traps from seed. They have been growing for a few months now and here is where I am at. I have attached a few photos. Do they look healthy? All i am using is moss for the growth medium. Do i need to change it at some point? How long till they fill the pot?

They look great! You wont have to change the moss unless it gets rot, fungus, or algae - some growers use only sphagnum moss for even adult plants. From seed it takes vfts 3-5 years to be mature, if you're looking to fill a pot buying adult plants is the way to go.
