Utricularia idenitification

The hitchhiker utricularia finally decided to flower. Do they only flower at spring?The flowers are surprisingly small I thought they would be bigger

If you place your finger behind the flower, I find it helps focus on the flower. It would be easier to identify if you have an in focus photo.
