Hi Flytrapcare forum,

I would like to ask about the reproduction rate of Aldrovanda and Utricularia, how long does it take for them to split into two individuals?
And can I do something such as leaf cutting to produce new individuals?

I had my aldrovanda for less than a month and they began dividing. From everything I read they're pretty prolific if you keep them happy, like once a week. I had a tag-along bladderwort and I don't think it divided, but I hear you can pretty much just pull apart the plant and the pieces will continue growing. It's certainly a fast grower (that might depend on species though, I don't know).
